What is HalalifyUS?
HalalifyUS is a family-owned halal meat business serving the New York and Tri-State region. We raise, process, and deliver fresh, halal-certified meat — including lamb, beef, veal, goat, and chicken — directly from our USDA inspected facility to your home.
Where does your meat come from?
All our meat comes directly from our own farm, where animals are raised naturally and ethically. We ensure every animal is cared for humanely in a clean, spacious, and stress-free environment, regularly monitored under USDA standards.
Are your products certified halal?
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% halal-certified (Zabiha Halal). All animals are slaughtered by experienced butchers following Islamic guidelines, under hygienic and USDA-compliant conditions.
Do you offer organic meat?
Yes. Our animals are raised naturally and fed with clean, nutritious feed, free from added hormones and unnecessary antibiotics — providing you high-quality, organic, halal meat.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout the New Jersey and Tri-State area, including parts of New York, and Pennsylvania. You can confirm if your address is within our delivery zone during checkout or by contacting us directly.
How long does delivery take?
Handling Time: 24–48 hours after order placement.
Transit Time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the next business day.
Evening Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are scheduled for next-day delivery.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you’re unavailable during delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails, you can reschedule within 24 hours, but additional redelivery charges may apply.
How do you ensure freshness during delivery?
Our products are carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging that keeps meat fresh during transit. We follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website www.halalifyus.com, browse our products, add items to your cart, and checkout using our secure payment system. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or text after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
At the moment, we do not offer order pick-ups.
HalalifyUS operates as an online-only halal meat delivery service, and our processing facility is not open to the public.
This helps us maintain strict hygiene, safety, and efficiency while ensuring your order is professionally packed and delivered fresh to your doorstep.
How is my personal information protected?
Your data is securely handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use encryption, security monitoring, and do not sell or misuse your personal information.
